One of our customers acquired a second-hand suit of Stormtrooper armour and wanted to convert it to a Sandtrooper. Here at the Stormtrooper Shop, we were only too happy to help….
First we helped Patrick complete his original suit with all of the accessories; Bodysuit, Gloves, Neckseal, Boots, Balaclava and Holster.
We were able to provide replacement Sandtrooper armour parts and strapping for the ab, hands and knee, as well as the all-important shoulder pauldron. Patrick also needed some extensions to his calves.
There are several subtle differences between Sandtrooper and Stormtrooper armour. As well as the “dirty trooper look”, the helmet decals needed removing and repainting….
Here is the weathered armour so far. There are still a few tweaks to be made, and some additions such as the canvas shoulder straps and ammo pouches to be added.
