Many issues can be resolved quickly with friendly advice, replacement parts, or an exchange.
In most cases, you will not need to return the whole item. We can usually help by replacing or exchanging certain parts.
General Returns Policy
- Please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order.

Return window
Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt. -
Condition
Items must be returned unused in their original condition, clearly marked 'RETURN' on the parcel. -
Refund or replacement
Once we receive your return, we will process a replacement or refund within 7 to 14 days. Postage and packing charges are not refunded. -
Exchange
Return the item as above, including your order ID, and state clearly what you'd like it exchanged for including any size or colour. Please note we do not cover return postage on exchanged items. -

- Full Armour Packages are made to order and prepared specifically for each customer. Because of this, returns are handled under our customised order policy. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can help quickly.
