How long does international delivery take?
UK orders are usually delivered using a 24 or 48 hour service. European deliveries usually take 3–5 working days, while deliveries to the USA, Canada and the rest of the world typically arrive within 5–7 working days.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes. Because we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, please contact our support team immediately if you need to change your delivery address.
Will I have to pay import duties?
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local customs taxes, import duties or handling fees. These are set and managed by your local customs authority and are normally paid by the customer.
What happens if my items arrive damaged or broken?
We take great care when packing your order, but if an item arrives damaged, please don’t worry. Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in, then contact our team as soon as possible. We will review this quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, at no extra cost to you.
My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?
First, please check with your neighbours and any safe spaces around your property where the courier may have left the parcel. If you still cannot locate it, contact us as soon as possible. We will open an investigation with the courier and work with you to help recover or replace your order where appropriate.
Can I return certain items if they don't fit or I change my mind?
Yes. We offer a 60-day return policy on eligible unused items in their original packaging. If you need a different size for a specific armour piece, or you have changed your mind, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund where applicable.
